This community is grounded in partnership with local churches. Our partnerships thrive because they incorporate a mutual agreement to transform communities through justice, recovery, knowledge and hope and they are built upon a shared commitment of respect, trust and goodwill for all within the Alta-1 community.
In addition to our education and therapeutic support, we surround students with positive and relational staff, generous and kind volunteers, a supportive church and wider community, and local businesses who are invested in helping our students find their path in life.
Our Alta-1 families are very important to us. We see that our Alta-1 families are part of the process of transformation for every young person. Our partner churches engage the families of our students with ongoing opportunities for pastoral care and support.
Alta-1 is also so grateful to be connected to the generous support of wider business and community sponsors. Each one of them are vital in providing not only financial support but practical resource and links to better serve the mission and work of Alta-1 students and families.
